Do I need to contact ICBC before coming to your shop?
No — you do not need to contact ICBC first. As an approved ICBC Repair Network facility, we create your glass claim directly from our shop using your plate or policy number. Just come in or call us, and we handle everything from there.

A rock chip repair is not purely cosmetic, and the damage will not completely disappear after fix. Although the visual flaw may remain, repairing a crack or chip is essential to stop it from spreading. Left unaddressed, even a small chip can grow over time due to temperature changes, road vibrations, or other everyday stresses on your vehicle.

ICBC covers ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera calibration when it is required as a part of a covered windshield replacement under your comprehensive coverage.

chips smaller than a loonie that are not in your line of vision and haven’t spread into cracks are usually repairable. Cracks longer than 3 inches, damage in the driver’s line of vision, or chips at the windshield edge typically require full replacement.
Call us, we can often assess from a photo.

Yes. If your side window dropped into the door because the window regulator or motor failed, we can diagnose and replace both the glass and the regulator mechanism in the same visit. Call us to confirm parts availability for your specific vehicle.

Come straight back. Every windshield we install carries a lifetime workmanship warranty, so if anything is not right with the fit or the seal we put it right at no cost to you.

Our autoglass work includes a lifetime warranty under current ownership covering material manufacturing defects, workmanship, and water leaks (diagnosis charges apply for defects not related to shop performance; presentation of this invoice is required).

To keep your car clean and safe, we use powerful shop vacuums and air compressors to thoroughly remove shattered glass from your seats and carpet, as well as clean your mirrors and top off your washer fluid.

ICBC automatically covers aftermarket glass for glass claims (you need to have comprehensive coverage with ICBC). However, OEM glass is authorized if your vehicle is brand new and you have New Vehicle Replacement plus (optional policy, Division 9). If you have secondary insurance (such as Optiom or Family,…), or there is no aftermarket glass is available for your model, ICBC will also cover OEM glass.

If you request OEM glass outside these conditions, ICBC will only cover the cost of the aftermarket equivalent, meaning you will need to pay the price difference plus your standard deductible out of pocket.
